ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Our services include: Masterplanning and Feasibility Studies to report on the practicality of the proposed project, realise any physical and consequential financial limitations, in addition to exploring the potential and increased necessity for sustainable design. (RIBA Stages A-B).
Full Architectural Services
We shall engage the Client through concept and detail design from the outset. This is paramount in finalising the agreed Brief and desired aesthetic solution for all parties, in addition to forming the basis of documentation for statutory approval submission, whether planning and or Building Regulations, or where any other specialist Consent is required. Each project is treated as bespoke and therefore this advice would be outlined upon initial consultation (RIBA Stages C-D).
We are able to develop the agreed project brief and detailed design into full construction information and tender packages for construction (RIBA Stages E-H). This will give greater cost certainty and control over choice of contract, usually based on the RIBA Standard Form.
An onsite supervision service throughout can be provided if required, together with post completion certificates where relevant. (RIBA Stage K-L).
